Consisting of 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with ensuite), two separate living areas, large kitchen and fully equipped laundry. 2 cable TV connections and wireless broadband are also included. There are bikes for exploring the many pathways throughout Sanctuary Cove and kayaks for the more adventurous.
There is also a four seater golf buggy housed in the garage and a second available on request.
The pool and river are fully fenced and the fully screened home accommodates children of all ages. 

Just a short walk from the Sanctuary Cove Village where there are many restaurants to tempt your tastebuds and boutique shops to wander around.
